No Signals or Flashers after Head Gasket repair

2006 torrent, I have replaced the heater core, thermostat and head gasket. Now the signal lights and hazards don't work. Any ideas?
I have changed the fuses and still have no ding when signal lights should be on.

Before the head gasket was fixed I could not turn the key at all and I had the car towed to the shop. Not sure what happened, but now that the head gasket is fixed the signal and hazards are broken. I can start the car and the key does not stick anymore like it did before the head gasket job. Not sure what has changed.

see if you are getting power through the turn signal switch . might have been a problem with ignition switch causeing it.
