Transmission has no reverse?

hello.

first check for fault code to narrow down our problem it can be a solenoid or mechanical from the inside of the transmission, i recommend to check automatic transmission fluid level and the quality if any metal particles inside.

hello again,

Can you please check to see if the selector lever is on reverse, rear reverse lights work? if not perform adjustment as described the procedure and diagrams below.
