No reverse drives in neutral?

My reverse lights turn on when I shift from park to reverse but it doesn’t move in reverse at all I put transmission fluid in it ran better but still no reverse.

The first thing we need to do is run the codes to see if any are stored which can point us in the right direction. Please go over this guide:

It sounds like the fluid pressure manual valve position switch is bad, but we should check the fuses. This guide can help, and I have included the fuses to check in the images below.

It doesn’t throw any codes when I put the code reader on it and the fuses are good. I just don’t want to take the transmission apart if I don’t have to, could it be something else?
