Brake, running and hazard lights are not working

Have no rear stop, running or hazard lights. When I turn on the flasher the lights come on but do not flash.

With the flashers, do the rear lights turn on as well and not flash?

I attached the only wiring schematic below for you to see below. There is a connector (If I recall, it is on the driver's side frame behind the rear wheel. Check to see if that is damaged, corroded, or disconnected.

Next, inspect the light sockets to see if there is power to them.
