Starts up fine cold. Cold drive no power, warms up sputters, spits, then stalls. Not driveable and rpm's seem sluggish. There are no codes or lights.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a fuel pump going out, but before we go there lets run the codes to see what come up.

Tortured drive to local Auto Zone. Had them test and with same results. No code or lights, while on, off, standing idle, or driving. Any tricks as to how can I test fuel pump relay or filter?

Yes, here is a guide to help you test the fuel pump relay and the fuel pressure. You will need an adapter which comes in the kit you can rent from the auto parts store for free.

Here are the guides:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Pressure should be between 45 and 55 psi.

Please let us know what happens.
