Car ran kind of jerky on my way to work. Suddenly it lost power. Sounded like an air hose when accelerating and wouldn't go over 20mph. Found a leak in the flex pipe coming out of the manifold. Put a new one on. Car still has no power. Just had it in the shop and had the manifold, catalytic converter and o2 sensors changed about 4 months ago..

Yep, the air noise is telling us you may have a clogged catalytic converter. But to be sure this guide may help but the best way is to remove it for inspection. You have a primary cat which is inside the exhaust manifold, and you have a secondary unit under the car.

The primary cat have a history of going out and plug the outlet FYI. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

I just replaced the primary cat about 3 months ago. Don't think that's the problem. Will run fine for about 2 minutes and then starts acting up again. Can't seem to get the flex pipe tight enough to seal the leak.
