No power to the truck when key turns the ignition?

I know, my boyfriend connected something in my ignition, more along the lines of of my ignition, I think I put in the key I turn it, but there’s no power at all whatsoever. I know he disconnected something because he was messing with underneath the dash.

I would start by checking the battery cables.

Next can you upload a picture of the work that was done? Here are the wiring diagrams of the ignition switch so you can reconnect the wiring, I am not sure of what you need so an image will help. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
