Trying to restore power to a blower resistor in my 2006 buick rainier. I was splicing some cables, and stupidly hadn't disconnected the power. When I went to grab a tool the black and red wires that normally feed into the resistor touched / sparked (note the purple wire did not). Now I'm not getting any power to that wire. I checked the fuses in the interior labeled Hvac and they all looked good, and I flipped the relays around under the hood to no effect.

Any Ideas?

There is a 40amp fuse (#35) in the underhood fuse box that you need to check.
