No power to relay

Fuel pump is working but not getting power to fuel relay or fuel pump fuse. What could it be?

Good evening,

If you have no power to the fuse then there is a problem with the fuse block itself. Without that power, the pump will never work.

I attached a wire diagram for you to view.
