No power to OBD2

Not enough power to obd2 connector to connect to scanner. Test light just blinks. I have checked all sensors and fuses. Try to reset security. What could I try next? I replaced heater coil about a month this is a issue sense then.

Sounds like a pinched wire or a bad connection. The ALDL gets power from the ALDL/onstar fuse. If the power feed to the Onstar module was damaged or pinched it to a different wire it could cause problems.
