No Power to fuses with Switch on

2003 MERCURY MOUNTAINEER
90,000 MILES • 4.6L • V8 • AWD • AUTOMATIC

When I turn the switch on, I am not getting power to fuses, #37,38,39,40,42,43, and 46. It also blows the fuse on #41(HEGO, CMS, VMV, PTEC). What could be causing all these problems at once?

fuse 41 may be a short in wiring see pic so you'll have to check each thing for shorts to stop fuse from blowing. other fuses are in undr hood battery box so that may either be a bad connection like something broken in fuse box.which would have to be removed and physically looked at
