No power to fuse box

So, first my A/C went out. Blow motor less than a year old. Replaced a second time. Only blows hot air with Freon in it. Last night no A/C on I was driving it popped up engine overheating turn off A/C, then engine idling. The gauge in truck went to 260. Turned it off, let it sit, put water in reservoir and brought it home. Today, I got a multitool. No power to fuse box under the hood at all. Makes no sense because the truck starts and runs.

Hi,

On the positive battery terminal, there is a fuse holder that allows power to the fuse box and throughout the vehicle. I need you to check the 175-amp fuse in that holder. If you have dual batteries, check the 175-amp fuse.

The power to the starter motor is provided directly from the battery and doesn't pass through the fuses. However, for the relay to engage, it has to have power to the primary side which isn't making sense.

Let me know what you find with the main fuse I mentioned. Also, make sure there is power to and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:
