No power to fuel pump?

Hello, how are you checking the power at the fuel pump? Are you using a test light or multimeter and what are you using for a ground while checking the power at the pump?
With the fuel pump relay out of the fuse relay panel, with the key On, 2 of the pins where the relay sits should have 12volts on them. With a test light or multimeter hooked to battery negative and lightly touching the female relay pins in the fuse panel there should be power. Just don't jam the test light into the female relay pins because you will spread the terminals and the relay won't make contact anymore when it's put back in.
If there's no power at the fuel pump relay pins, check Fuse 1 (10amp) and Fuse 9 (20amp).
Also check the underside of the fuse panel where the fuel pump relay sits, the pins tend to get corroded and break off from underneath due to exposure from the elements.
