no power to ecm obd2 connect error

checked all fuses none blown obd2 has power reads connect error. cranks does not start.

Seems like a fault with the Engine Control Unit. Try unplugging it and reconnecting after a few minutes to see if it helps. It could also be due to a bad ground circuit for the ECU.
