Will not start, there is no power to ignition coil?

Will not start. No power to coil. Changed crank shaft and camshaft sensors. Changed all relays.

First, I would check fuse #16 for power in the TIPM here is a guide to help you, if the fuse is good and has power check the ASD (auto shut down) relay which is also in the TIPM.

With the key on if the fuse does not have power the TIPM is bad, which is common on these cars. They are easy to replace because they are self-learned. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
