Hi,
If you replaced the controller, my first suspect is the totally integrated control module. However, anything is possible.
First, check fuse 34 in the power distribution box under the hood. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from it.

Next, if the controller is new, do you mean AC, Vents, and Defrost selections don't respond? Let me know.
Also, at the controller connector, I need you to locate a pink wire with a yellow tracer. Check to see if that wire has power. Also, at the same connector, locate the black wire with a white tracer. Check that wire for continuity to ground.

I attached a pic of the wiring schematic below. The pic identifies the wires and fuses to check.
