No power to certain parts of the fuse panel under the hood

I tested the fuse panel for power and found that only some of the fuses are getting power. The fuel pump fuse and ignition fuses along with a couple others aren’t getting power. I can jump the starter relay and get the car to crank but it won’t start because no fuel is being fed through the system.

In the under hood fuse box, I need you to check the ignition 1 fuse. It is what sends power to the ignition 1 relay and powers the fuses you mentioned. If the fuse is bad, then check the relay. If there is a different one with the same part number, switch them. I will provide a few links to help.

See pics below. Note locations of fuse/relay boxes as indicated in pic 1.

Let me know what you find. Also, make sure to check for power at the fuses I suggested.

Okay, so no power is going to the fuel pump fuses or the ignition fuses. I tested them for power with the grounded light tester. What’s my next step?

Go back to the fuse box under the hood on the left side. See the attached pic. Note that the highlighted wire is what sends power to the ign 1 fuse you have no power to. Check to see if power is available to any of the fuses in I highlighted in pic 2 below. If there isn't, then we have a break in the red wire from the battery / left side box. If there is power to the others, you will need to recheck the ignition 1 fuse connectors. One could be pushed in and not making contact. Or, you may have to remove the fuse box and inspect the underside for damage.

Let me know if this helps. Also, here is a link you may find helpful:
