no power reaching the compressor cluthh to turn on the compressor and the relay is good and have the proper current

my ac system is charged and no current reaching the wire on the clutch to turn the compressor on and the relay and fuse are good and the proper current is reading on the relay.what is the possible problem

switch the relay with a like one to make sure it works otherwise scan for codes as it may be a wiring issue coming from pcm /ac clutch or heater control not telling a/c to turn on.
