No power over hills

I have checked oil transmission but my car will not go over any hills, it pops and baffles on a hill. on the flat it is okay runs good but when it stops on the hill even the car engine stops and I have to start again. when I do push the accelerate it jumps as if it wants to go but no power. what could be the caused?

It could be several things. You need to check the following areas and see if any of them are an issue.

First, fuel pump pressure:

Next, check the catalytic converter to see if it is plugged.
