No power or distributor

All fuses are not getting power.

When you say distributor, I assume you are talking about the coils? You have a coil on each cylinder that is controlled by the PCM. The power is supplied via the fuse and relay shown in the diagrams. Do you have power to the injectors? If not, then you may have an issue with the auto shut down relay.

If you do have power to the injectors then your issue is with the PCM either not commanding the coils on or something telling the PCM not to turn them on.

Is your theft light in the dash remaining on or flashing when you turn the key?
