My battery slid was not held down and slid off the battery holder. I immediately turned the truck off and the ground off the battery to the body was ripped off. The truck has no power at all in the cab. Replaced the ground already. I have power the fuse panel as my head lights run off a toggle switch and are working. The key switch, lights bar on the steering column, and dash all have no power. Battery, 80A fuse, grounds, power to alt. And the starter is good. My running lights coming off the steering column should stay on even with truck being turned off and no power to the switch either. I will continue to check fuses and wires, but any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

There are two white wires at the rear of the alternator that sound like they are off, please see if they are getting power. here is a guide that should help with a wiring diagram below so you can see how the system works:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

The video is too long. But my hot comes off the battery directly to the alternator. Can’t check the alternator due to Napa’s tester not working. All the fuses seem to be good. Starter is good. No power to the dash ignition switch or tight bar in the steering column. I have a main 80A fuse. Not a 60A in first picture. Second picture the hot off the battery to the alternator. A thicker gauge white wire was clipped on both ends. Haven’t had a problem with the truck. Though is it suppose to on the post with the hot wire? And then to where. The more I look at the wiring the more confused I get due to it wasn’t done correctly and still ran.

The wiring looks pretty bad, and some wires look disconnected. I would check the wiring to the ignition switch as well. here is a guide and the wiring diagrams below:

Sorry. I have a 22r. One issue I had from the start. Haven’t found a wiring schematic just for the 22r but found one for everything else.
