No power in 4-wheel drive?

4-wheel drive on. Dose fine flat or easy terrain. Any big hill no power it will move but more like burns clutch up trying to get it to move.
I thought maybe it's the 33in tires?

Yep, the oversized tires will cause the clutch to burn, most people when they do the large tire thing change the rear end gears to a 4:11 or 4:56 ratio.
