No power going to fuel pump

There is no power going to fuel pump. The truck runs if you spray starter fluid in throttle body. There was a broken wire behind the engine I fixed, new fuel pump tested before installing, also new fuel pump relays and fuses. Have looked everywhere on truck I cant figure it out. Was driving it was running good and just stopped fueling.

Have you checked fuses? Is there power at the fuel pump relay?

Are you sure you are testing it correctly? It only powers for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on. Power resumes when the computer sees a tach signal from the engine cranking.

I've checked the fuses they are fine. there is no power going to the fuel pump. I have ohm checked the wires from the relay to the pump there is normal resistance (0.7ohms). there is power to the relays.
