When replacing the distributor cap and ICM under the cap I forgot to disconnect the battery cables, now there is no power/electric?

While changing the distributor cap and ICM under the cap I had forgotten to unhook the battery cables. I heard a shorting out noise from somewhere. I purchased and installed another new ICM and now I have no power anywhere even with a jump start. I haven't been able to find a fusible link so far, but am at a loss and any help will be much appreciated.

The fusible links are:

Left hand front of firewall, near bulkhead connector.

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
