No power at high RPM

Hi,

I'm not sure if that was resolved. Usually, it indicates it if so. Can you tell me if you have the same diagnostic codes? Also, when you are driving and high the throttle and this happens, does it slowly go to 6,000 RPM's or does it jump straight there?

I don't have those diagnostic codes But the car kicks down and jumps to 6,000. There is also a noticeable roughness in low speed gear change.

Unfortunately, if there is no updated post on there then we don't know what the solution was but we can walk through your issue with you and hopefully reach a solution which will help others in the future.

Do you have codes along with your issue? If so, what are they and then have you replaced any parts so far?

Let's start with this and go from there.

Lastly if you want to post a question on the post if they ever fixed it, they may respond. It was from over 10 years ago so it is unlikely but worth a try. Thanks

Thanks. The vehicle has been with the local garage for a month now, and they are still scratching their heads. I will get what parts and scope reports they have tried so far. I will get back to you.
