no power at all new batteries just put in

its a 1994 isusu .It was working with dead batteries just had 2 jump it ..I changed batteries put 2 1000 cank batteries in and now no power at all. need help please advise ..could it be a fuse or relay button?

Fuses commonly blow from the surge when connecting a battery. Have you checked them? Also look for a corroded wire that broke off a battery terminal. Follow the smaller battery positive wire to the under-hood fuse box and be sure that connection is clean and tight. Also follow the smaller negative wire to the body and be that one isn't rusted off.
