My serpentine belt broke so I replaced it the belt tensioner now my engine is making a rattling sound.

Hi,
Is the noise coming from the belt area or the tensioner area? Are you certain the belt was routed correctly? I attached the belt routing information below. There are two possibilities. One is with AC and the other is without AC. See pics.
Also, if possible, could you record the noise and upload it for me to hear?
Last, when you say no power, are you referring to engine power or electrical power?
