No power after new catalytic converters were installed

Installed all new catalytic converters with O2 sensors. Starts but only goes 15 mph.

It sounds like something is blocking the exhaust. Remove the sensors and see if it makes a difference. If it does, either you got a faulty converter or something was put on wrong.
