No power after flashing?

I had a locksmith come out to try and program a key for the car listed above with all keys lost and he lost all communication with the BMW and all power except for the hazard lights. what can I do to fix this?

What was he doing when this happened? Also, if I understand, everything except the hazard lamps have failed. How long was he working on the vehicle? Have you checked the battery itself? Have you tried scanning the controller area network to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes?

Reprogramming a module should not have caused a total failure of the electrical system. That is why I'm a bit confused, I'm not sure what he was doing when it happened.
