The wife went out to go to work this morning and her vehicle wouldn't start. She said it started doing its normal start up (moving the seat, etc, ) but then everything stopped working. I checked the battery, and it is fully charged. There is power going into and out of the fuse box. Not really sure what else to check, any assistance is appreciated!

It sounds like the BCM has gone out, but first let's check the fuse #41 50 amp in the fuse panel under the hood. here is a guide to help check for power and to see if the fuse is any good. Was the car driven in heavy rain? I have seen components get wet and cause issues.

Also, we can try to confirm the failure by doing a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $32.00. here is a video to show you how:

Let's check all of the fuses as well with the key or power systems on. If codes for the BCM come on you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Hi Ken. I live in Southwest Florida, so we do get heavy rain on occasion. It rained heavily at the end of last week as I recall. Fuse 41 looks like it's still good and there is power on one side when I pulled it. I've also checked the other fuses and everything that seems like it should have power does.

Okay, did you check all fuses with the key/system on? I need more information on what doesn't work, windows, lights, etc.
