no electrical power to any of the car?

I put in a new battery and still no power to any of the car. is there a main fuse or breaker of some sort?

Yep, I would make sure you have the new battery terminal covers off and clean and tighten the battery cable ends.

There is a main fuse that powers system #5 in the battery fuse block. Here is a guide to help check for power at the fuse and to tell if the fuse is any good or not:

Here are the wiring diagrams so you can see what I am talking about and the fuse location as well. I have seen the TIPM go out and cause this issue as well. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
