No power until accelerated to 40 MPH?

It doesn't have any power when accelerating until it gets to 40 mph. And hard to get going after a stop.

Low power can be weak fuel pressure (clogged fuel filter), a clogged catalytic converter, or a bad MAP sensor. Let's run the codes to see what comes up which can point us in the right direction.
