Battery has power 13.2 volts. The truck has no power; no lights, no warning lights on the dash except for the brake light oddly enough. Nothing happens when I turn the keys. All the fuses look good. There is a clicking sound from the dash under the glove box whenever the door is opened. I pulled one relay at a time and tried the ignition each time with no luck. The battery voltage doesn’t drop when trying to start it. I have voltage to the fuse box under the hood.

Hi,

If you have power at the fuse box, I think you should start by checking the grounds. Take a look at the attached pic. Check the two grounds I circled.

Let me know what you find.

Great! I had a feeling that had something to do with it. When you told me there was power to the fuse box, I suspected you were creating a new ground with the tool you used to check. So, if there was power and nothing was working, there was nowhere for the power to ground to.

Regardless, I'm glad you got it running. Take care and feel free to come back if you have questions in the future.
