Today driving to work when I dimmed my light, there weren't any low beams. I already knew my multifunction switch was bad because my front right blinker lacks a signal being sent there. I already have the switch. I looked at the function of my DLR system, and it functions fine. Is this another failure in the switch, most likely?

It could be. Hard to say without testing but if you already have a signal issue and have the switch it's a starting point.
