no heated mirrors and rear defoger

Hello i have a problem with the rear defoger and heated mirrors when i push the button on the control panel the light comes on telling me its working but it is not ckecked all fuses every thing seems to be fine but it is not. help Bruce

check relay in pic, then check to see if power is coming to blk/wht wire ifit is defogger is broken so check for where it's broken with test light.

also check fuse 21 and acc relay under hood fuse box.
