Hi,

I'll try my best to help. I need a little more information. First, you mentioned that he ran codes. Do you know what they are? Also, does the vehicle have automatic or manual climate control?

There are a number of things that can be causing issues. However, without the codes, it becomes a guessing game. The idea that the fan won't turn off and you have no control over the airflow direction could be related to what is called an AC amplifier or the controller itself. I don't suspect a wiring issue at this point, but it is possible.

Let me know which system you have and what codes were retrieved.

Take care,

Joe
