No heat on passenger side

My car had a pecking noise coming from the dash and then the heat went out. I took the SUV to my local Nissan dealership and the replaced the blend door actuator last week. The pecking noise is gone but I only have heat on the drivers side and the A/C isn’t working either.

More then likely you have dual zone temperature control. That means you have a blend door on both sides. So if you have heat on one side only then the blend door on that side is not working.

I attached the process from the manual below. It is odd but I suspect you had both failed doors.
