When running the defroster or heater set to any vent position I get hot air on driver side and it works as it should but the passenger side blowes nothing but cold air.
Where do I even begin to look for the problem?

Good afternoon.

There is a blend door actuator behind the glove box that controls heat and cold. It is a very common failure.

1. Remove the right sound insulator.
2. Remove the IP compartment.
3. Remove the body control module and the HVAC programmer from the brackets and lay aside. See: Control Module HVAC > Procedures
4. Remove the electrical connector from the passenger air mix actuator.
5. Remove the passenger air mix actuator retaining screws (1)
