No Heat at Floor

When I turn the switch on the dash to blow heat to the floor, it comes out the defrost/windshield. When I turn it to defrost, it is fine; when I turn it to vents, it is fine. Just will not go to floor.

I should have noted that I tried the re-calibration method found at the following link, but to no avail. Note that I removed the smaller ten amp AC fuse under the hood. There was a larger one, but I did not remove it.

you have a vacuum leak see picture. check the items 15 and 16 for no vacuum. it can be a leak at engine, or control head. or a vacuum motor is bad.
