I think you have a problem with the air mix door actuator. The component is responsible for opening and closing an HVAC door which determines the air temperature entering the vehicle. Under the left side of the glove box, locate the air mix control motor. See pic 1
Turn the system on and change the temperature and feel if the motor is running for a short time. If it isn't, most likely it needs replaced.
Here are the directions from Alldata for replacement. See pic 2
1. Disconnect the connector from the air mix control motor, then remove the self-tapping screws, the air mix control motor and the flange collar.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal. After installation, make sure the air mix control motor runs smoothly.
