I have no heat, I replaced the thermostat, where is the blend door actuator located?

I have no heat. I replaced the thermostat. I made sure there was enough coolant. Felt the hoses to the heater core both are hot. Bled the system. So, the only thing I can think of is the blend door or blend door actuator, but I do not know where it's located or how to get to it.
