I do not get any warm or hot air when using the heat. The blend door actuator would click a bunch when the car turned on, so I assumed that part went bad. I took the actuator off (yes, the right one i felt it clicking. Then i turned the car on and tested the dial, or whatever, the actuator was actually spinning, in both positions. Still no heat. I’ve topped off coolant as well. Please help it is 0 degrees out, lol.

Do you have heat on the left side? If not I would start the engine and allow it to get warm, then feel the heater hoses at the firewall to see if they are both hot. They should be if not these cars had a problem with the heater core clogging up. I would use a garden hose to flush the heater core out, then while refilling the coolant have the front of the car in the air to help get out the air bubbles inside the core, I would then lower the front and then raise the rear to further help get the bubble out.
