I recently noticed no heat in my van, it is blowing Ice cold. I went ahead and replaced the thermostat and flushed the heater core. Fresh coolant in the system and no air in the system. Still blows ice cold. To touch both heater core hoses are hot. Next I removed the blend door actuator and tested the motor, it actuates as it should. Reinstalled the actuator and at the temperature control went from hot to cold then from A/C to defrost. The blend door opens and closes as well. Next I checked the vacuum line and there is adequate vacuum. Please help, I stumped and cold. Thanks.

If both heater core hoses are hot, then the coolant is circulating. The only other thing is the blend air door. Are you sure it is opening for heat? Also, are you certain there is not an air block?
