put gas in throttle intake. runs and stops not getting gas to plug.

We need to start with the basics. That means we need to find out if the pump is building any pressure at all.
Here is a guide that will help with this:

If there is no pressure, then we need to remove the relay and jump power to see if the pump will come on.
If it doesn't then we most likely have a failed pump.
If the pump comes on, then we have a power issue and we need to check the fuse and relay.

I am attaching the wiring diagram below which will help with all of this but the most common cause of this is a failed fuel pump.
Running through this process will confirm this.
