The car starts and runs excellently. The headlights and taillights work fine, the horn works and the electric windows and the mirrors also.
The cluster is not working; no gauges operate, no dash lights work.
Turn signals do not work.
Wipers do not work.

The most likely cause of this is a fuse or power issue. However, we need to start with checking the fuses and then checking power at the cluster to find out if this is a power or cluster issue.
We did not have a manual on the 280 as it doesn't appear this is in the USA?
I am attaching the wiring diagram that is going to be the closest.
Please run through this and let us know what you find.
Thanks

Hello, I began checking the power sources and all checked out, so I pulled the cluster, and it wasn't even plugged in. Thanks for your help and encouragement. It appears the only thing left is the wipers. Probably the relay. Thanks again

Haha. That's great that it was an easy fix, but it was easy because you pulled it out and looked. You would be surprised at how many people would not do that so great job.
Thanks for coming back to update us. Let us know if we can help with the wiper situation. If you do feel free to start a post on that and we will jump on it.
