Front A/C blowing warm air

The A/C compressor comes on and stays on cold air come out the back vents. Warm air comes out the front. And the blower motor works fine. It has 3lbs 10oz of Freon in it. So its not low. What could the problem be?

The blend door could be stuck in the heat position not moving the door to the cold position.
