Does not start after replacing the timing chain?

i installed a timing chain. afterward it won't start.

Hi,

Are you sure the chain is properly installed (timing marks)? See pic 1.

Also, could you record it cranking and upload it for me to hear? I should be able to tell if it is a timing issue or a compression issue by listening to it.
