code 78, no engine start?

The P1229 (code 78) - Fuel pump fail code tells you the fuel pump is not working, which will be the pump or the relay. Here is the location of the relay so you can swap it out or test it. This guide can help and if that doesn't fix it, I have included how to change the fuel pump pout in the images below.
