No electrical power to some components?

After I started the car the car dashboard light the battery , power steering and check engine light turned on and the car has no power steering , the car was stuck in park Gear and also the dashboard was no showing which gear I Was in like (P,R,N,D) the blinkers are not working but hazard light work and no A/C, power windows of back and passenger not working and also the radiator fan doesn't turn on.

I would start by checking all fuse with the systems on, here is a guide to help:

If the fuses are all good it sounds like you have a BCM that is out but to be sure we need to do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
