No electrical power to some components?

After I started the car the car dashboard light the battery, power steering and check engine light turned on and the car has no power steering, the car was stuck in park Gear and also the dashboard was no showing which gear I Was in like (P, R, N, D) the blinkers are not working but hazard light work and no A/C, power windows of back and passenger not working and also the radiator fan doesn't turn on.

I would start by checking all fuse with the systems on, here is a guide to help:

If the fuses are all good it sounds like you have a BCM that is out but to be sure we need to do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
