No driver air flow, where is the HVAC door actuator located?

I used my defrost cycle to clear my windshield the other day. After that I no longer get air flow out of my driver vents. Very little on the driver's door and none on the driver's middle. The passenger side is getting all the air.

The system will cycle through defrost /floor etc. But will not output from face level driver vents.

Thinking it’s an HVAC door actuator but not sure which one or how to find them all.

It sounds like the blower damper servo has gone out, can you hear a slight ticking noise from under the dash now? Here are the locations of the air damper servo motors and what they do. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thank you for the reply, the images of the dampers are very helpful.
To answer your question, no there is not any ticket sound. The vents will all change direction, from floor to face, also to defrost. It simply will not open up the driver's side face vents and forces most of the air out of the passenger side.

There is a small amount of air that comes out of the driver side far left vent (near window), but none out of the middle vent.

No ticking sounds.

To be clear the vents are open, correct? The mode actuator can still fail and not make any noise. You are going to need to remove it from the HVAC plenum with the wiring still connected to see if it moves while you work the system.
